House in Gdynia

Modern, energy-efficient, prefabricated wooden house.

For the construction of this cosy and energy-efficient building we used four-sidedly planed and milled solid KVH timber, LVL laminated layered timber and innovative I-section beams. Natural wood fibre insulation with a basis weight of 40 kg/m³ is installed by blowing it in, which guarantees its dimensional stability and excellent adaptation to ambient humidity throughout its life span. The heat transfer coefficient is only 0.13 W/m²K.
