A unique design of a modern house with a clinker façade and a roof with hidden gutters. It is the first representative of the “Attractive” family of designs, which gained many enthusiasts. It owes its popularity to a bold form and a functional and modern interior. A simple, archetypal body of the building is distinct due to manually formed brick, offset body of the garage and the living room’s bay window, and a roof with hidden gutters finished with flat ceramic interlocking tiles. Other distinctive elements of this house are large glazed areas and an open staircase with an openwork flight of stairs, which is an integral part of the living room. A versatile attic layout in this design enables separating a parents’ zone with a wardrobe and a bathroom.
