We wanted to name this design “cute”… because we think it is cute… Another idea for the name for this design was “the little one”. Those two names perfectly illustrate this design — it is small, but charming and functional. At approximately 123.5 m² of floor area we managed to establish a functional layout with 3 bedrooms, an office, a living area with a kitchen and living room, as well as the necessary technical facilities. There is also a little pantry by the kitchen, and the technical room can also serve as a laundry. We are also working on an enlarged version of this design with a garage.
