Design of a perfect house with a usable attic. It is a slightly bigger variant “3”, which functional layout has been modified. On the ground floor the living room area was separated by moving the fire place and introducing a passageway as a buffer area clearly separating the functions of rooms, changing the location of the bathroom and the entrance door to the office, and introducing a pantry by the kitchen. In the attic the location of the master bedroom was changed, two bathrooms from the previous version have been merged into one, and a laundry room was introduced. The design has all the advantages of a “Practical” line of designs characterised by a rich functional programme fitted on a small usable surface.
