Modern design of a small house with a usable attic. It is the first design of the “Comfortable” family, characterised by a contemporary interpretation of the traditional form of a house with a gable roof. With the modern accents concerning materials, such as the flat interlocking tiles and Euronit slab, large glazed areas opening the interior to the surroundings, the building has a clear modern feel. A significant element of the ground floor’s plan is the combination of living room, dining room and kitchen into one space finished with terraces on both sides, roofed with overhanging upper storey.
