It is a small detached house with a surface area of 110 m². Despite the small size, it features all the functions essential for a family. There is space for three bedrooms and each of them has a door to the terrace. There is also a rather spacious living area with a living/dining room and a kitchenette. A compact and uniform body is diversified with a wooden garden façade. The recessed wall provides roofing for the terrace. The design was drawn up according to the energy-efficient prefabrication technology. The designed walls are characterised by the heat transfer coefficient of U < 0.14, and the walls — below U < 0.13. We are able to execute such a building in a shell and core condition within a month at the construction site.
