Model house in Bąkowo near Gdańsk

Modern building executed using the prefabrication technology, built based on the design of our own design studio.

Prefabrication of a model house in our modern factory took only 5 days. For the production of prefabricates we used eco-friendly materials supplied by our partners, including STEICO, FERMACELL, STO and SINIAT. Structural components were manufactured using solid KVH timber, LVL laminated layered timber and I-section beams. For the insulation of the building we used STEICOzell natural wood fibres blown in at high pressure and eco-friendly STEICOflex insulation mats.
